The north rim of Grand Canyon National Park has now been closed and evacuations have been ordered as a wildfire is spreading. Soaring temperatures are making it hard to combat the flames. NBC News' Steve Patterson reports. They say Hardin made a makeshift uniform, with a sharpie, bible cover and a can lid. NBC News' Priya Sridhar has the story. He used his Ford F-150 to stop a gunman in the parking lot outside a Michigan church on a Sunday morning in June helping to save dozens of lives. But Deacon Richard Pryor's pickup was rendered unusable from gunfire. Now, he's riding in a brand-new truck thanks to a local dealership and a grateful community.
