The conservative majority on the Supreme Court limited the ability of individual lower-level courts to put the brakes on parts of a president's agenda with nationwide injunctions. Tonight, an 18-year old lifeguard is recovering after she was impaled with an umbrella while on duty at a beach in New Jersey. It's a story all too familiar for Ed Quigley.
