Authorities have not verified the authenticity of the post, but his mother and pastor confirm to NBC News that it is Massey on camera. NBC News' Priya Sridhar reports. NBC News' Ellison Barber reports on her own experience tracking down her stolen phone to a kiosk that pays people submitting unwanted electronic devices. The company behind the kiosks says they are meant for recycling devices and that 99.8% of sales are from a phone's rightful owner.
