The House passed sweeping legislation that delivered on a number of President Trump's campaign promises. But, some Senate Republicans have indicated they may not support it. NBC News' Ryan Nobles reports. President Trump's Make America Healthy Again commission released a long-awaited report about the health of children in the United States. It pointed to four major causes of chronic health issues: ultra-processed foods, environmental toxins, sedentary lifestyles and the overprescribing of medicine. NBC News' Tom Llamas spoke with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The Trump administration is escalating its battle with Harvard University, blocking the university from enrolling international students. More than 6,700 currently enrolled foreign students would need to transfer or lose their legal status. In a statement today, Harvard called the government's action 'unlawful.' NBC News' Garrett Haake reports. Two Israeli embassy staffers were shot and killed outside the Capitol Jewish Museum by a gunman who chanted ‘Free Palestine.' The FBI called it an act of terror. The two victims were planning on getting engaged. NBC News' Aaron Gilchrist reports and NBC News' Tom Winter with more on the investigation. Authorities say overnight two people died and eight were injured after a private Cessna jet crashed into a California neighborhood. At least 100 residents were evacuated after the crash. Investigators are at the site, working to determine the cause of the crash. NBC News' Liz Kreutz reports from the scene. Grammy-winning musician Kid Cudi testified in the trial of Sean ‘Diddy' Combs, offering testimony about his time dating Cassie Ventura and subsequent interactions with Combs.
