Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., announced Sunday that he would not run for re-election, one day after he drew criticism from President Trump for opposing the party's sweeping spending bill. President Trump disputed an assessment from the International Atomic Energy Agency, which said the recent U.S. strikes on Iran nuclear facilities damaged them, rather than the president's claim that they were destroyed. Severe weather brought dangerous conditions to millions of people across the country over the weekend, with more than a dozen tornadoes reported, along with millions under heat alerts. The Sean "Diddy" Combs trial is set to enter its final phase on Monday, when the jury is set to consider five felony counts, including transportation to engage in prostitution, sex trafficking and racketeering.
