More than 45 million Americans are expected to travel at least 50 miles this Memorial Day weekend according to AAA. NBC News' Erin McLaughlin reports on the best times to travel to avoid the worst of the congestion. NBC News' Andrea Mitchell reports in a filing, Harvard called the order a "blatant violation" of the Constitution. After a group of Army instructors on boats in the Florida panhandle allegedly fired rifles with blank rounds in front of a crowd, they have been temporarily decertified according to a military spokesperson.
