Border czar Tom Homan acknowledged there have been problems with the immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis. He also said there could be a drawdown of federal agents if state and local officials cooperate. NBC News' Camila Bernal reports. Hundreds of thousands are still without power as another winter storm will bring heavy snow to parts of the South and parts of the East Coast. NBC News' Kathy Park reports from Oxford, Mississippi. A man rammed his car into a Chabad Jewish center in Brooklyn multiple times, when thousands of people were there celebrating. He's been charged with 20 counts, including several hate crime charges. NBC News' Sam Brock has the story. An NTSB investigation is underway after a Waymo hit a child near an elementary school in Santa Monica, California. Police say no injuries were reported after the child was evaluated by firefighters. NBC NEWS' Dana Griffin has the latest. There were dramatic moments in a Virginia courtroom when the man accused of murdering his wife to continue an affair with their au pair is cross-examined. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk has the latest on what happened at court. Tonight, the Trumps will be attending a screening of ‘Melania' at the Kennedy Center, for a screening of a documentary produced by the First Lady. NBC News' Hallie Jackson has the story. Julia Alexander teaches sixth grade. When her boyfriend, Andrew Pellegrino, decided he wanted to propose to Alexander, he tapped in some special guests to help out with the surprise: her students. They lined the hallways and celebrated with the happy couple after Pellegrino dropped to one knee. NBC Nightly News anchor Tom Llamas reports.
