A judge has agreed to reduce the Menendez brothers' sentence for the 1989 murders of their parents to 50 years, making them immediately eligible for parole under state law. NBC News' Laura Jarrett reports California's parole board will now determine if they should be released. Cassie Ventura, the former girlfriend of music mogul Sean ‘Diddy' Combs, testified for a second day at his federal sex trafficking trial. Ventura described a number of physical assaults and alleged Combs raped her in 2018. She also said she and Combs engaged in hundreds of explicit encounters with escorts, which they called "freak offs". NBC News' Chloe Melas reports. Democrats criticized Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem over President Trump's crackdown on illegal immigration. Plus, HHS Secretary Robert F Kennedy, Jr. was pressed if he would recommend the measles vaccine. NBC News' Ryan Nobles reports. President Trump arrived in Qatar on the second leg of his mideast trip, where he touted hundreds of billions of dollars of new investment by Qatar in the U.S. And, he also faced more Republican pushback on his acceptance of a proposed gift by Qatar of a new Air Force One jet. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports. At Carmine Street Guitars, the shop repurposes wood from historic New York City landmarks and crafts custom-made guitars. The wait to get one could take a year or more. NBC News' Joe Fryer visits the store making instruments for some music legends.
