A former police chief convicted of murder is still on the run three days after he escaped from prison wearing clothing officials say was intended to mimic a law enforcement uniform. Several agencies are working around the clock to search the rugged terrain surrounding the prison, but officials say they have no credible leads on his whereabouts. NBC News' Priya Sridhar reports. For the third time this year, SpaceX experienced an explosion during a test flight of its Starship rocket. NBC News' Tom Costello reports. Top Trump ally Elon Musk criticized the president's massive tax cut bill over the amount of spending that was included. Meanwhile, President Trump is also facing new scrutiny over some of his recent pardons. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports. Vice President Vance touted crypto at an event in Las Vegas. But Democrats have criticized President Trump over his support for the digital currency. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports. The All-American Rejects topped the charts in the early 2000s with hits like "Move Along" and "Gives You Hell." The group is now playing surprise shows in small venues across the country and has already stopped in California, Missouri and Iowa. The band says they plan to keep the tour going through the summer. NBC News' Ellison Barber spoke with The All-American Rejects about what they hope fans take away from the tour.
