Federal judge James Boasberg slammed the government for failing to comply with his court order to temporarily halt removal flights to El Salvador. He wrote "probable cause exists to find the Government in criminal contempt." NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports it comes as the administration released new documents about Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was recently deported to El Salvador. The White House says the documents show he was affiliated with the MS-13 gang. New surveillance video from inside the school shows the moment police allege 17-year-old Tracey Haynes Jr. opened fire. The teenager, who is considered an adult in the Texas legal system, was booked on suspicion of aggravated assault mass shooting. Newly released search warrants show police believe the attack on Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro's home was politically motivated. The court documents suggest the suspect was upset with Shapiro's position on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The family of U.S. pastor Josh Sullivan says he's alive after being rescued late Tuesday. Sullivan was abducted by a group of men at his church as he was leading a prayer service. Police say they killed all three suspects who attempted to flee. NBC News' Keir Simmons has more. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. suggested environmental factors may be behind the rise in autism rates without evidence. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports.
