A pregnant runaway is brought to the ranch to avoid going to a youth center until her parents are found, an old girlfriend and a cougar killing livestock complicate Michael's life.

An city teen brought to to the ranch after assaulting a undercover cop tries to make a deal with dealers after taken valuable cargo from a crashed plane.

The son of Michael's old friend becomes involved in devil worship.

Michael is suspicious when a habitual runaway becomes secretive. Jason, a recent addition to Michael's troubled teens group, sneaks into the city and brings his brother Benjie covertly back to the ranch. Meanwhile, Pin, working his usual corner, is robbed at gunpoint by two kids. Pin's life is in danger after he turns in one of the punks that 
robbed him.

Reed decides the ranch would be a suitable safe house for murder witness. A reporter arrives while Michael protects a government witness. Fox tries to straighten out a thief.
 

A teen prostitute claims rape after Michael rejects her advances. Michael refuses to heed warnings from his friends and colleagues about a prostitute staying at the ranch, now he's being accused of rape. A philanthropist is interested in the ranch, but not the kids.
 

In a quest to obtain some funding, a social service worker arrives at the ranch to evaluate Michael and the staff but things go from bad to worse as he starts to disapprove of Michael's methods..  A ranch graduate has trouble letting go of Michael and the ranch.

Michael believes in a young pimp who takes up boxing and is then is accused of beating one of his former prostitutes.. Vic and CC have a dispute.

The son of the local doctor falls for a drug addict.  A mayoral candidate's campaign promise is to shut down the ranch.  And, a tragedy reminds Michael that he can't save everyone.  

Michael helps a Vietnamese shopkeeper and his nephew, who is arrested for battling a gang of extortionists.. CC tells a few fibs to impress a special lady.

Believing himself to be a soldier, an armed teen lures Michael and Vic into the forest. A battered wife finds it hard to leave her husband.

Witnessing the death and secret burial of a friend, traumatizes a teen girl. Vic takes a job working for his uncle, but "Chicken Man" isn't in his future.

A former ranch youth is arrested for robbing his place of work. The ranch prepares for a wedding.

A hooded burglar steals files from Rachel's home.  She takes refuge at the ranch while Michael tracks down her tormentor. A teen girl's good intentions are having negative results.
 

A runaway claims amnesia, but Michael must find what he is really hiding. A vengeful man holds Reid hostage in hopes of getting his girl friend freed from custody.

Michael forces a drug dealer to learn the hard way, the consequences of his actions.  A teen girl reveals that it was a family member who turned her on to coke.

The son of a racist father learns the truth when he must trust an Asian teen. Michael isn't thrilled with having an intern social worker "observing" at the ranch.

Michael is caught between his vivacious girlfriend and her rebellious daughter. Michael's stress level is a bit higher than usual as he tries to deal with a ranch kid's pushy Mother, while also dating her.

Michael learns a violent stepfather is behind a teen's angry behavior.

Pin offers to drive for a drunken girl, then learns the car is stolen.

A paraplegic teen uses his computer skills to break into a horse betting system, which brings danger to the ranch.

Michael, Pin and Vic uncover an illegal toxic dump and a sick child. When Michael takes a sick little girl to the Doctor, an angry armed father comes to the ranch looking for her.

A gang member unwittingly helps a rape victim remember her attacker. An armed rape victim heads back to where she was attacked to take out her anger on anyone who crosses her path.

A missing country singer takes refuge at the ranch after Michael discovers he's wanted by a loan shark. Loan sharks seek the son of a missing country singer.
