The body of the administrator, Ksenia Gordeeva, is found in the hotel. Zoya finds out that it was she who took her nephews to this hotel for a concert by a famous rapper. The investigation's version is suicide, but Zoya doesn't believe it. She is sure that the disappearance of her nephews is somehow connected with Gordeeva's death. In the surveillance footage, Neupokoeva notices that the deceased was afraid of someone.
