NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) is more than just an action drama. The Ark takes place 100 years in the future when planetary colonization missions have begun as a necessity to help secure the survival of the human race. Taking place in the ‘60s, the show explores the origins of the curse that would haunt the small Maine town for the next 27 years — as well as the origin story of Pennywise the Clown.
