The NFL ON CBS regular-season schedule is highlighted by marquee matchups in the 4:25 PM, ET national game window, the most-watched window in all of television with nearly 25 million viewers. CBS Sports will have 10 national Sunday doubleheader windows this season, kicking off in Week 1 with Lions-Packers.
The 4:25 PM, ET national game window is highlighted by many more of the most-anticipated games on the NFL schedule – including Chiefs-Bills (Week 9), Ravens-Chiefs (Week 4), Bengals-Packers (Week 6), and Bills-Steelers (Week 13). The NFL ON CBS will finish the regular season strong with a national doubleheader in three of the final four weeks.

As the primary TV home of the AFC, the NFL ON CBS schedule boasts an unprecedented roster of star quarterbacks, including Kansas City's Patrick Mahomes, Buffalo's Josh Allen, Baltimore's Lamar Jackson, Cincinnati's Joe Burrow, Houston's C.J. Stroud, the Los Angeles Chargers' Justin Herbert, Miami's Tua Tagovailoa, New England's Drake Maye and Denver's Bo Nix, as well as No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward of Tennessee.

Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
