Nick takes his first trip to Alaska to hunt backcountry caribou; he digs into the history and soul of the Alaskan outdoorsman and native people, but not before he experiences a hidden gourmet food spot and a shops for artifacts in Anchorage.

Big Island Buzzin'
Nick travels to the 50th state to hunt high country sheep and explore the Hawaiian culture. He experiences a world famous Kona Coffee plantation and he gets lesson in traditional Hawaiian BBQ after taking a wild pig.

Sweating Bullets
Nick Hoffman immerses himself in the Native American culture of the Blackfeet Nation and chases Mt. Lion on horseback Montana; Nick learns not only about Native American arts, history, and culture but learns a little about himself in the process.

Buffalo Bill and Burgers
Nick heads to Kansas to hunt pheasants in Oakley, Kan., the place where Buffalo Bill got his name. He is joined by Kansas Governor Sam Brownback. He eats hamburgers a legendary local drive-in and then learns more about what makes this tiny town tick.

Africa
Nick Hoffman travels to Nambia, Africa, to fulfill a lifelong dream of experiencing Africa. His friend Jamy Traut guides Nick as he explores the history of Nambia, learns about conservation issues, and gets a wild game cooking lesson from a master.

Honkers and Heifers
Nick goes home to Minnesota in search of geese. He learns to make a favorite traditional Norwegian treat of his youth, learns to milk cows, and learns to make goose calls from a master.

Long Live the Queen
Nick travels to England to hunt deer and pheasant. He explores the history, sporting culture, pub life, people, and food in the land of the Beatles and the queen.

It's Raining White
Nick heads to Saskatchewan where he hunts the snow geese at the end of the season and is surprised to find the birds aren't acting like normal. He learns why bowling in Canada isn't like it is in the states.
