Lice-Ism
A lice outbreak forces the whole staff to be treated, causing Whoopi Goldberg to draw the wrong conclusion about the staff members' treatment hairstyles; booked guest Denis Leary calls in sick, but Staci isn't having it.

The Cannon
Staci faces a difficult task involving guest Michael J. Fox and a stunt with a cannon. Meanwhile, Jim Gaffigan desperately wants to promote his new energy drink on the show.

The Unwanted Guest
Tim Gunn stops by unexpectedly, so the staff must juggle guests. Meanwhile, Todd asks Debra Messing to film a video while channeling her old sitcom character; and Randy and Marcus pitch their invention to Mark Cuban.

Mean Guest
Jason Biggs acts differently on a return appearance, surprising the staff. Meanwhile, Beth Stern promotes animal adoption by bringing kittens, but trouble arises when one cat disappears.

The Horny Host
Staci tries to convince transgender celebrity GiGi Gorgeous to go on a date with Jimmy; Ana pitches her makeup line and wants Stephanie March to be her new spokesperson; Janeane Garofalo is dismayed by Jimmy's sexist sketch.

IBS-ISIS
Chef Mario Batali tries to aid Staci as she struggles through a horrible bout of irritable bowel syndrome; journalist George Stephanopoulos schools Penny on ISIS, an organization she believes is trying to recruit her.

Go-Fund-Yourself
Jimmy starts a GoFundMe campaign to make a biographical film, and Staci's job is to convince actor Paul Rudd to play ``Jimmy'' in the film; Wendy Williams bonds with an unlikely person over her wig collection.

Guest in a Snake
Staci interviews for an Executive Producer position at Wendy Williams and seriously considers leaving Nightcap. Mariska Hargitay has agreed to be eaten by an anaconda on air, and Todd gets to direct his first shoot starring Rosie Perez - unitl Joel Schumacher intervenes.
