Season 3
Ninja Warrior UK, the toughest obstacle course on TV, is back on ITV.
The hit TV series, sees hosts Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara unveil another batch of competitors who will be pushing themselves to the limits as they try to complete the ultimate challenge.
This series will be packed full of jaw-dropping challenges, heart-stopping excitement and adrenaline-fuelled action as the contestants attempt to complete three punishing and potentially hilarious stages.
In the last two series we've seen the finalists unable to achieve that final hurdle. Will this series find the contestant who has what it takes
to conquer Mount Midoryama?

Episode 1
In the first show of the new series, a new batch of contestants from all walks of life ranging from 'Have a Go Heroes' to 'Superhuman Athletes' are all ready to take on the challenge, but each year the course gets much harder. Who will have what it takes to sail through to the semi finals or will they crash out of the course into the water below?
Tonight, viewers will see the contestants face the Quintuple Steps, the Log Grip, Floating Tiles, Jump Hang, Swing Circle and The Warped Wall.

Episode 2
In the second show of the new series, a new batch of contestants from all walks of life ranging from 'Have a Go Heroes' to 'Superhuman Athletes' are all ready to take on the challenge, but each year the course gets much harder. Who will have what it takes to sail through to the semi finals or will they crash out of the course into the water below?
Tonight, viewers will see the contestants face the Quintuple Steps, the Frame Slider, Log Runner, Jump Hang, Swinging Frames and The Warped Wall.

Episode 3
In the next instalment of the new series, a new batch of contestants from all walks of life ranging from 'Have a Go Heroes' to 'Superhuman Athletes' are all ready to take on the challenge, but each year the course gets much harder. Who will have what it takes to sail through to the semi finals or will they crash out of the course into the water below?
Tonight, viewers will see another fearless bunch hoping they can jump, swing and scramble their way to the semi final but only the top ten from tonight's show will go through.
This week's contestants will face The Quintuple Steps, which consist of five two-metre leaps. Next is the Silk Slider, followed by the Floating Tiles and the Jump Hang with Swing. Up next is a brand new obstacle, the Pipe Climber that consists of three gruelling pipes that they must grapple across. Finally they will face the 4.25 metre Warped Wall.

Heat 4
In the next instalment of the new series, sees more contestants come from all walks of life to take on the course. From 'Have a Go Heroes' to 'Superhuman Athletes' are all ready to take on the challenge, but each year the course gets more demanding. Will they have what it takes to sail through to the semi finals or will they crash out of the course into the water below?
Tonight, viewers will see another fearless bunch hoping they can jump, swing and scramble their way to the semi final but only the top ten from tonight's show will go through.
This week's contestants will face The Quintuple Steps, followed by Pole Rider, then it's the Floating Tiles and Jump Hang with Tyres. After that they must complete the Double Tilt Ladder before they get the chance to take on the 4.25 metre Warped Wall.

Heat 5
This week the final batch of contestants will be hoping they have what it takes to earn a coveted place in the semi-finals. Each year the course gets more demanding - will they have what it takes to sail through to the next round or will they crash out of the course into the water below?
Tonight, viewers will see another fearless bunch hoping they can jump, swing and scramble their way to the semi-final but only the top ten from tonight's show will go through.
The final Heat will see contestants face The Quintuple Steps, followed by the Silk Drop, then it's the Log Runner and Jump Hang with Trapeze. After that they must complete a brand new obstacle, Beam Cross before they get the chance to take on the dreaded Warped Wall.

Semi-final 1
Tonight, viewers will see our fearless bunch face not six but nine obstacles. First will be The Quintuple Steps, followed by the Ring Swing and Spinning Log, then onto the Jump Hang with Tramp and Ring Slider. They then move onto the Warped Wall, followed by the Big Dipper, then it's on to the Pole Grasper, before they get the chance to the take on the staggering Chimney Climb.
The overall fastest 15 contestants from the 50 semi-finalists will earn a place in the series final.

Semi-final 2
Tonight, viewers will see our fearless bunch face not six but nine obstacles. First will be The Quintuple Steps, followed by the Ring Swing and Spinning Log, then onto the Jump Hang with Tramp and Ring Slider. They then move onto the Warped Wall, followed by the Big Dipper, then it's on to the Pole Grasper, before they get the chance to the take on the staggering Chimney Climb.
The overall fastest 15 contestants from the 50 semi-finalists will earn a place in the series final.

Final
Tonight viewers will see fifteen would be ninja's compete in the final of Ninja Warrior UK 2017.
