Heat 1
Ninja Warrior UK returns for a brand new series, hosted by Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara. With brand new obstacles to face, the course is more extreme than ever. In the first episode, 'Superhero' members of the public compete alongside celebrities Jake Quickenden, Dom Lever, Katie Walsh and Lee Latchford-Evans, all taking their turn on the monster course and trying to defeat it, but will they fly or fail?
Heat 2
In the second episode, more 'Superhero' contestants try their luck against the toughest obstacle course on TV. Competing alongside them are Good Morning Britain weatherman Alex Beresford, Former British Rugby player Maggie Alphonsi and a very special mystery guest!
Heat 3
With brand new obstacles to face, the course is more extreme than ever. In the third episode, more contestants try their luck against the toughest obstacle course on TV. Competing alongside them are Radio 1's Rickie Williams and Melvin Odoom and Love Island's Laura Crane, but only those who complete the course and scale the four-metre Warped Wall will progress to the next stage of the competition.
Heat 4
More 'Superhero' contestants try their luck against the toughest obstacle course on TV in the final heat. Competing alongside them are Dancing on Ice professional skater Sylvain Longchambon, singer Joe McElderry and Olympian snowboarder Aimee Fuller, but only those who complete the course and scale the four-metre Warped Wall will progress to the semi-finals.
Semi-Final 1
It's the semi-final, and with brand new obstacles to face, the course is more extreme than ever, as the best competitors from four heats return to fight it out for a place in the final.
Semi-Final 2
It's the second part of the semi-final and, with brand new obstacles to face, the course is more extreme than ever, as the best competitors from four heats return to fight it out for a place in the final. Could this be the year someone finally conquers the course and gets the chance to climb to the top of Mount Midoriyama? Anyone who can achieve that, will make history and be crowned the first ever Ninja Warrior UK.
Eliminator
It's The Eliminator.. Only the toughest competitors who complete the course against the clock will survive. Who will go through to the Grand Final and get the chance to attempt the 22-metre rope climb to the top of Mount Midoriyama?
Grand Final
It's the Grand Final, and with only 15 contestants remaining facing the very toughest obstacles that the course has to offer, could this be the day that one of them finally makes it to the top of Mount Midoriyama to become the first ever Ninja Warrior UK?
