An important delivery is coming... maybe. The adrenaline of the stakeout turns into a night on the job with the worst possible colleagues. But right when everyone drops their guard, something unexpected finally happens.

Marcello has screwed up and is now the object of an internal investigation. Luckily, Achille will train him for the interview, and a mysterious helper could save the day. Dario finds himself with a partner who is the last person he would want to work with: the boss' nephew. At dispatch, Perri tells Katia how she ended up under observation. And it would have been better if she hadn't said anything.

Dario and Toni have a problem to solve: where is the boss's nephew? Meanwhile, Achille and Perri get caught up in a communication problem, which their colleagues certainly don't help solve. Unexpected help could come from a witness. And that is how, as everyone is busy dealing with personal matters, they miss a crucial detail of what is happening at the port.

Marcello thinks he has found a way to save his marriage. Perri tries freeing herself from a difficult relationship that will end up engulfing the police station. Meanwhile, a phone call for the gangsters risks precipitating the events.

The police, the operators, and the gangsters find themselves facing their respective bosses. But can one really be honest with their senior officer, or is it better to fly low? We find out as the situation gets explosive for everyone.

Disappointed by a lagging career, our protagonists either lower their expectations, or go all out. In the midst of it all, there comes the last night of the wait and the hope that – this time at least – something will happen...
