First, they take a stab at fish fillets while attempting to debone their own seafood specials with Michelin-recognized Chef Preston Knox at Barbareno. Then, they roll and fold themselves into knots with Chef/owner Pierre Henry at Bree'Osh Bakery as they work to get their filled croissants on the menu.
