Lau Ching realises that Yeung Yeung’s mother has been secretly reading her diary, and vows not to write things that happened between Yeung Yeung and her. The Japanese have bombed Pearl Harbour, and with the war getting out of hand, Gau Mui and Lau Sing are afraid that they will lose contact with each other...
