The death of the deputy mayor is still shrouded in secrecy. Milun, the police chief in Dol, continues to deal with the mysterious death of Nedeljković, despite the obstacles. Stefan, although secretly seeing Milanka, does not want to acknowledge their child, Gavrila. Ranko Mioni continues to show sympathy in every way as she tries to point out to Stefan the danger of the job he has started at the Institute for Geological Surveys.
