As the project continues, the noma team explore the sights and sounds of the Sydney foreshore whilst gaining a different perspective on what the city has to offer.
Episode 3
This finale sees René and the team complete their work in the test kitchen, and final preparations are made for opening night before doors open on the noma Australia residency.
