Season 2

1974

Approximately nine months of a large scale format. Five Contestants were on each game show, and were slowly Eliminated until one was remaining. The Rounds were timed, and a melodious Bell chimed when time ran out. As for the Solo Round, they have this very loud buzzer when they ran out of time. Five contestants walked down the stairs at the beginning of the game and sat at a multi level platform. The returning champion sat doing nothing for the first round. Two pairs of contestants seated at Blue and Green would have to work together in order to find the words. One contestant would face the board while the other would have to be turned around. When a contestant Chimed In, they gave only the Line. The other team mate would need to figure out rapidly the position and to also say the word. After that, they had to switch chairs so they could take turns. At the end of the round, the other team went home so that the winning team competes against each other. In Semi Finals, Instead of giving the lines and positions, the board scanned the next word automatically. The letters would light up one after the other. After Jack Narz read the clue, he would gently say "Letter". The contestants could Chime In any time to guess. The Finals round continued the Line & Position format with the remaining Challenger and the Returning Champion. Prize Packages would be offered at the end of each round. The Bonus Round is The Solo Game which is obviously timed. The contestant stands behind Jack Narz's desk to simply circle the words using a Telestrator and saying which word it is that they just circled. All correct answers provided in time resulted in winning a Cash Jackpot. They could return again for a while. However, this is C.B.S., which has one negative about it: There was a Winnings Limit, so they would need to go home eventually.

Television Program Source became the Distributor for this pilot episode. Since Jack Narz retired years earlier, Jack Clark from Cross - Wits became the new host. The set design is very small and resembles a 1960s game show. There were Caucasians pitted against Native African Blacks, who were given more difficult words to find. As a result, they were short one correct answer given in time to be able to win the grand prize.

Season 6

1989

By the time that Now You See It finally made it to air again, these games were dumbed down, and the contestants were very annoying. Audiences preferred Trash Talk Shows and Court Shows which were gradually taking over Day Time Television. Game Play was sped up and simplified to where it was not required to state the Positions any more. Contestants goofed often, and it was canceled after 15 weeks. Chuck Henry is the host this time as Jack Narz retired ten years earlier, and Jack Clark was terminally ill despite making the 1985 Pilot. Henry did not enjoy being a Game Show Host, and requested this version of Now You See It be archived and not reran. All of these versions utilized Chump Change.
