Season 7 begins with Jackie being arrested and suffering through a harrowing stay in a holding cell followed by sedated detox. Later, Jackie visits a lawyer to help her keep her job; and Carrie tries to keep news of her pregnancy low-key, but Coop has bigger plans.

Deal
Jackie sets her sights on returning to All Saints, with help from her lawyer, but she can't afford his retainer. Strapped for cash, she gets inventive and turns to old habits for a solution. Meanwhile, Zoey struggles with the news that Jackie might be coming back to the ER.

Godfathering
Jackie returns to All Saints but she's back to square one under the Diversion Program. She can't touch patients or medication and must undergo daily urine screens. But in her new role she uncovers two big secrets. Meanwhile, Zoey learns the outcome of her Master's program application; and Carrie withholds news from Coop.

Nice Ladies
Akalitus doesn't trust Jackie when she shares the news that the hospital is being sold to Norwegian developers; Carrie meets Coop's proposal with an unexpected reaction that causes him to make a major life decision; Jackie's dealing takes a surprising turn when she gets strapped for cash.

Coop Out
Jackie stirs up trouble when she rallies her co-workers against the developers, but an attractive offer challenges her allegiance. Meanwhile, Coop prepares for his last day at All Saints, and his replacement arrives and surprises everyone with his carpe diem attitude.

High Noon
Jackie, Dr. Prince and Akalitus are forced to run the ER without nurses when Zoey leads a walkout to protest the hospital closing. Meanwhile, Jackie battles her cravings when she treats a heroin addict.

Are You With Me, Doctor Wu?
Jackie becomes determined to stop dealing and makes one last purge of her stash with Eddie, but the deal goes awry just as their relationship reaches a new level. Meanwhile, Zoey blames herself for a patient's death and Carrie steps forward as an unlikely ally; and Dr. Prince and Akalitus bond over lunch when she reveals something from her past.

Managed Care
As the hospital begins the process of shutting down, Dr. Prince asks Jackie to help keep an ICU patient with a brain tumor from giving up his fight to live. Later, Jackie learns some disturbing news about Dr. Prince; and Thor reveals a romantic secret.

Serviam in Caritate
Jackie and Zoey set out on an unexpected road trip. Stressed out by the long drive, Zoey finally confronts Jackie with her frustration. Meanwhile, Dr. Prince attracts a neighborhood mob to All Saints.

Jackie and the Wolf
Jackie learns that her nursing license hearing has been moved up to today. As the hearing approaches, Jackie has final confrontations with Zoey and Akalitus. At the hearing, Akalitus attacks Jackie in front of the licensing board, which causes Jackie's lawyer to bring out the big guns.

Vigilante Jones
Jackie is forced to perform a procedure on her own when Dr. Prince puts a patient's life at risk. Meanwhile, Zoey is shocked by Carrie's secret; and Eddie gets in hot water at his job, which jeopardizes Jackie's position at All Saints.

I Say a Little Prayer
The series concludes with an unexpected guest surprising everyone at Fiona's confirmation rehearsal. Meanwhile, on the last day at All Saints Jackie is offered a job at Bellevue and asks Zoey to come with her.
