Ami heads to South Beach to spend some time with his daughter. Meanwhile, in New York, Megan and Jessica invite a familiar face to visit the shop.

After an inspiring tattoo, Ami gives back by inviting a group of at-risk teens to the shop. But teasing from the crew drives Robear to the edge.

After Ami puts Billy on the spot, Billy storms off. Will Billy's temper force him to choose between Ami's friendship and his career? Later, the girls set Robear up on a speed date.

Movin' on Up
After quitting the shop, Billy attempts to make it on his own. Meanwhile, Megan wonders if potentially ruining a friendship is worth a shot at love.

Jessica causes chaos when she shows Tommy some of the tattoos she's been inking on the side. Homesick Tim takes Ami surfing on the little known beaches of New York.

Now or Never
When Ami learns that Jessica is tattooing from her home, he has to choose between firing her and training her. Meanwhile, Megan moves into her own apartment.

When Chris cannot stop 'trash talking' Wooster Street, Ami confronts him. Megan must decide between her career and love. And Ami leans on Tim to help run the shop.
