Tom & Gareth and Louise & Paula
Louise Andrews, a mother to nine kids, and Tom from Essex take on neglected properties, while Hayley and her team tackle nightclub toilet floors

Lauren & Sarah and Emma & John
Lauren helps Sarah who has over ten years' worth of unused toys, clothes and clutter in her home. Elsewhere Emma helps John, whose home is overrun with a mountain of newspaper. Hayley and her team take on some mucky mattresses.

Mick, Dave, Les and Hayley
The first volunteer is specialist crime scene cleaner Mick, who not only cleans up after murders and suicides, but also spends up to four hours a day keeping his one bedroom flat spic and span. Mick helps Rosemary and Julian with their cluttered and chaotic home in Northamptonshire. Professional motorbike cleaner Dave, from Surrey, spends up to three hours a day keeping his one bedroom flat immaculate. Straight lines are very important to Dave, so he straightens his towels and curtains regularly. Dave meets hoarder Les, who lives with a mountain of car boot purchases and junk in the West Midlands. And Hayley and the team clean some microwaves.

Natasha & Suzanne and Vijay & Poly
The first cleaner is Croatian-born Natasha, who loves to look for dirt in hidden places and makes sure every inch of her home is perfect. Natasha meets Suzanne to help clean her chaotic two-bedroomed home, which has become overrun with mountains of jigsaws. The second volunteer cleaner is Vijay, who hates clutter and has five vacuum cleaners. Vijay meets jewellery maker Poly in north London in a one bedroomed flat which she hasn't cleaned in years. And Hayley and the team clean out some disgusting cupboards.

Sandra & Karl and Maxine & Dianne
The first cleaner is cafe owner Sandra, who hates dirt and germs so much that she forbids outside clothes to be worn indoors. Sandra helps Karl, who lives an alternative lifestyle on a boat in Norfolk with his dog Cooper. With a stinking toilet and a galley filled with mouldy pans, Sandra faces the biggest cleaning job of her life. The second volunteer cleaner is Maxine, who hates clutter and spends up to four hours each day keeping her home looking pristine. Maxine meets retired librarian Dianne, who lives in a house in Norwich which she hasn't cleaned in three years. Dianne's kitchen is so bad, she eats breakfast in a cafe opposite. And Hayley and her fellow cleaners tackle some disgusting showers.
