They meet a very clever canine and the Officially Competitive competitors battle it out to become the best in the world at manoeuvring jelly babies with chopsticks.

Ben Shires, Al Jackson and Haruka Kuroda witness record attempts from around the world. Members of the England handball team aim to claim an exhilarating record on Lowestoft beach. Also, our Officially Competitive contestants - Sizzling Steve, US Ray and Mr Cherry - feed jelly to Al, Haruka and Ben using a spoon held by their feet.

Two renowned strong men take turns ferrying kitchen appliances around a studio in Italy. And our Officially Competitive heroes attempt to hula and run at the same time.

Ben Shires, Al Jackson and Haruka Kuroda witness record attempts from around the world. Mr Cherry, Sizzling Steve and US Ray build pyramids made of dice. There's an astonishing truck stunt from China and street basketball star Tom Connors shoots hoops - backwards.

The team meet a German woman who can skip while sitting down, and the Officially Competitive challengers attempt the world record for jumping into pants.

The presenters join in with a very messy foam pie-throwing record. And we witness a ferocious washing machine-throwing competition.

The team are joined by a pair of football freestylers hoping to score themselves a record, water balloons make a welcome return to Officially Competitive, and we travel to China to witness a treacherous balancing acrobatic record.

Colossuses Big Z and Thor are back for another test of strength. And one member of the remarkable Ramos family will be attempting a soaring basketball record.

There's a bubblier, gentler record from China, and Sizzling Steve, Mr Cherry and US Ray do battle once last time - while wearing colourful wigs.
