Oh! Boarding House - Season 1

Season 1
Sul Won is an out-of-work young man whose mother runs a low-cost boarding house for students and men who don't have enough money to buy or rent an apartment on their own. But when his mother suddenly has to up sticks to return to her provincial hometown, she leaves Sul Won in charge of the boarding house – becoming the de facto live-in landlord.
The residents of the boarding house are a mixed bunch. They include a high school senior, who also happens to be Sul Won's cousin. There is also Sul Won's former college friend, as well as Kim Chun Seo, a high school teacher. Rounding out the number is a third-year Art student who dreams of becoming a cartoon author. As the young men spend more time together, a close bond of friendship begins to form in the house. But when Sul Won discovers that some of the tenants have begun to develop a crush on him, Cupid could well come calling!
Episodes

Episode 1
Sul Won is asked by his mother to take over the management of their boarding house after he loses a significant sum of money in a scam. After taking over, he meets the eccentric personalities of the tenants.

Episode 2
The current tenants agree to let Chun Seo be a new resident at the boarding house, but Sul Won is a little too eager to show his appreciation for Chun Seo saving his life.

Episode 3
Sul Won finds a way to repay a a favor after Chun Seo saves his life twice.

Episode 4
Sul Won and Chun Seo go out for a meal, but are interrupted by a surprise visitor.

Episode 5
Chun Seo and Sul Won share a candlelit dinner. The tenants meet to demand Sul Won start cleaning the house better.

Episode 6
After their movie date, Chun Seo tries to find out what Sul Won likes and dislikes.

Episode 7
Bong Deok gives some words of advice to his love rival.

Episode 8
Chun Seo wonders what the status of his relationship is after his kiss with Sul Won.
