In an experiment that aims to tackle the adult's confidence and mobility, the experts curate an action-packed week aimed at increasing their physical ability, including a day of sports.

Episode 5
This week the adults are retested by the experts, and the class puts on a concert for friends and family showcasing the abilities that they've been developing over the course of the experiment. (Final)
