Episode 1
A new set of teens aged from 14-16 years old, and seniors aged from 71-94 years old who live in a retirement village come together for an inspirational and powerful intergenerational experiment.

Episode 2
Week 2 is all about Brainpower, with a range of brain boosting activities designed to strengthen the mind and encourage the participants to learn from one another.

Episode 3
The seniors and teenagers participate in activities designed to help build their confidence and resilience. They learn and lean on each other, as they strengthen these vital traits and their bonds with each other deepen.

Episode 4
It's Mobility Week for our teens and seniors, who will be exposed to a variety of surprising activities designed to boost their health and fitness, plus decrease their chances of injuries and falls.

Episode 5
It's all about Community this week, with teens and seniors taking part in a range of activities to celebrate the community they've created and help those most in need.

Episode 6
The participants put on a big show at the retirement village, they're retested by the experts to find out if their wellbeing has improved, and we see how their friendships are flourishing months later.
