Maria Pavlovna is trying to improve her relationship with her daughter and better understand the world of modern teenagers. The principal is going through a midlife crisis, and the personal lives of Natalya and Boyan take unexpected turns. Meanwhile, new staff members appear at the school — the supply manager Leonid and the teacher Yulia.

Mikhail is helping Bogdan with the sculpture competition to impress Maria Pavlovna. The director is trying to get the team interested in football, and Natalya is once again quarreling with her mother over past grievances.

The director is struggling with the divorce, so Mikhail comes to his aid. Natalya is trying to set her ex‑husband up with a biology teacher, and because of Maria Pavlovna, a scandal breaks out at a meeting of the literary club.

Yan is preparing a themed date for Nastya, while the girl herself wants to go to a concert by a famous band. The principal is introducing new innovations at the school in the form of a robot cleaner, which causes Maria Pavlovna to be indignant.
