Dan Walker and Sam Quek guide you through the early day-three action, which includes Tom Daley and Matty Lee on the hunt for diving medals in the men's 10m synchro.
Daley, competing in his fourth Olympics, won bronze in this event in Rio alongside Daniel Goodfellow while he and Lee took bronze together at the 2019 World Championships.
The medals will be decided in the men's C1 canoe slalom and archery men's team event, while there will also be taekwondo and men's rugby sevens action.
