Britain's Jack Laugher and Dan Goodfellow dive for gold in the men's 3m synchro on day four in Tokyo. Laugher defends the title he won with Chris Mears in Rio, and he and Goodfellow took silver at the last World Championships, so will be hoping to go one better in Japan.
Plus coverage of the conclusion of the men's road time trial, while Britain's Mallory Franklin begins her medal quest in the heats of the women's C1 canoe slalom.
