Isa Guha and Mark Chapman review the highlights of day 14, with a remarkable 33 gold medals across 17 sports given out. Eight more athletics gold medals were decided, including in the heptathlon and 4x100m relays. In cycling, the women's madison and men's sprint reached a dramatic conclusion, while it was all to play for in the men's football final at the Parc des Princes. Diving, table tennis and hockey each found new inductees to their Olympic halls of fame too on another star-studded day in Paris.

In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G.
