EndedDocumentary showTravel

Xoel arrives in the Dutch city of Haarlem where he finds that, obviously, he's not the first person to do so. The owner of a pilgrim's hostel tells him that people from all over the world are continually passing through this hostel on their way to Santiago de Compostela. From Haarlem to Rotterdam, and on to Ghent, Xoel, our protagonist, is simply one more tourist, although that is about to change as he first becomes a traveler and then a pilgrim. Brussels is the last stop in this episode, with France looming on the horizon.

Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G.
