Rochalla's shock pregnancy defied medical odds as she conceived just weeks after an aggressive course of chemotherapy. But as the labour progresses, how do they feel about being back in hospital? Train driver Kieron, who's 44, and his wife Joanne, who's 42, like everything to run like clockwork and find it hard to kick their clockwatching habit during labour. And self-confessed ladies' man Michael has curbed his bad boy ways after meeting his perfect match, Natalia, who is having her fourth child by caesarean section.
