In this first episode, Welsh sweethearts Mady and Nathan are interested in bringing another woman into their relationship, a process that begins by having a threesome. They're interested in having group sex, but are unclear whether this will help overcome the demons of their past.
Episode 2
Essex married couple Mike and Jess want help in having their first ever threesome with another woman. Their first sexual experience with a stranger in 10 years uncovers some difficult emotions for Jess. Fellow married pair Jon and Danielle, from Bolton, go on romantic dates with other potential sexual partners to test if they're emotionally ready for having group sex. First, however, they must face up to some home truths.

Welsh couple Liam and Stacey want to try to open up by fulfilling a special fantasy of Liam's - watching Stacey have sex with another man. Whether the reality measure will up to his imagination remains toi be seen. West Midlands couple Alex and Lydie want to date other people to spice up their own love life. However, coming to an agreement on each other's boundaries with strangers proves easier said than done.
Episode 4
Having dipped their toes in sex parties before, married couple Al and Jasmine from Surrey seek to find out whether opening up their relationship can spice up their sex lives by stepping things up to the next level. After starting out on their journey of discovery last week, West Midlands couple Alex and Lydie now want to see if pushing the boundaries of their relationship even further will work for them.

London couple L'Oreal and Kalid want to explore if opening up sexually to other people will future-proof their relationship and help them stay together for the long-term. However, they soon discover that dealing with emotions can be difficult. Married couple Jasmine and Al continue their journey into non-monogamy, electing to instigate a change in direction in who they date.
Episode 6
Influencer couple Caius and Eli want help in organising their very first threesome, but with deep-rooted emotions at play, have they prepared themselves fully for the reality of inviting someone else into their bedroom? Also checking in to the retreat are Devon couple Helen and Steve, who want to explore opening up their relationship intimately to other people. Helen feels the romance is lacking in their relationship and is keen to experience what the retreat has to offer.
