The doctors find themselves in a crazy race as they explore the special bones in your feet, followed by a look at the families awaiting the arrival of the first ever Ouch Babies. Meanwhile, there's an unbelievable mindbending trick, two new Ouch patients, and the return of Brilliant Bodies with an incredible barefoot runner. There's also a visit to the Emergency Department, where Junior needs surgery for a badly cut hand and Zack has a broken wrist.

Doctors Face Off
Dr Xand invents a facial-recognition system to keep his twin out of the lab, there is a brand new quiz putting the doctors on the spot in Ouchology, and Dr Chris investigates an amazing new technique to help organ transplant patients. Meanwhile, over in the Emergency Department, Darusha has cut her head playing hockey and Riley has injured his foot on a metal post.

There's a Lizard in the Lab
There's a lizard in the lab sharing an amazing piece of body kit with you. Catch up with our Ouch Babies as each family goes for an ultrasound scan, join Dr Ronx as she meets body-popping Brilliant Body Kieran Lai and learn how to bend some arrows in today's Mindbenders. Meanwhile, in the Emergency Department Victoria has trouble with her nails on the rugby pitch, and Jack has had a diving accident.

Loud, LOUD, LOUDER!
Dr Xand has created a thunder tube to show you how your vocal tract makes your voice loud, meet Brilliant Body Anoushé Husain as she takes Dr Ronx climbing, and find out who is today's Top Doc in our Ouchology quiz. The doctors are on the wards for more medical questions in Ouch and About, while over in the Emergency Department Cameron has injured his mouth with his toothbrush and Victor has been injured in a rugby pile-up.

Dr Xand gets stuck to a wall in an experiment showing how your brain tells your muscles to move! Dr Ronx and Dr Chris are changing nappies in Ouch Baby and there are more medical questions on the wards in Ouch and About. We catch up with Ouch Patients Edward and Hasan for the last time, and there are more mindboosting tips as Dr Ronx reveals why it's important to be kind to yourself. Meanwhile, over in the emergency department, Sophie has hurt her elbow swinging on monkey bars, and Daniel has cut his head in the school playground.

All Hail King Xand
Dr Xand takes to the throne when Dr Chris sets him the impossible task of being Mini-Xand's pituitary gland. Things get competitive in Ouchology, and Dr Ronx meets dental patients to find out more about braces. We hear the lifesaving stories of three more Ouch Awards finalists, and there is advice on how to deal with grief in today's Mindboosters. Meanwhile, over in the Emergency Department, Jessica has hurt her neck, while George has been bitten by a horse.

It's a Tug-O-War!
There's a tug of war in today's lab as the doctors show the incredible strength of your ligaments. Dr Xand meets a dad and his son making bionic hands in their living room, we catch up with Ouch Patients Amelia and Finn, and our Ouch babies, for the last time. And, can you spot the disappearing head in Mindbenders? Meanwhile, over in the Emergency Department Thomas has had a nasty fall from a swing and Roman has cut his chin playing tag.

Xand Goes Pop!
Dr Chris puts Dr Xand inside a giant water balloon to show how viruses attack our bodies, there's a final instalment of Ouchology and Dr Chris discovers how the shape of your ears enables you to hear. There are more mind-boosting tips and we meet our final three Ouch Awards finalists who have shown great personal courage. Meanwhile, over in the Emergency Department Eva is having trouble with her eczema and Demi receives treatment for a burn.

What Happened Next?
Join the doctors for a special episode as they revisit with Ouchers from across the last seven series to find out how they are doing now. We revisit Matthew, who had a cochlear implant enabling him to hear four years ago, as well as Ouch Patients Ruby and Bolu, to see how their leukemia and sickle cell anemia treatments are going. We find out if Declan made it back to diving competitions after breaking his leg a year ago and discover how much taller David has grown thanks to his ilizarov frame.

The Ouch! Awards 2
The Ouch Awards returns, celebrating children across the UK who have shown incredible courage and bravery dealing with illness, caring for others and saving lives. We reveal the winners of the four categories as the doctors surprise them at home, take them on a special day out and award them with their prizes and special Ouch! stethoscope.

Food, Poo and You!
In this special episode, the doctors investigate food and poo to show you why it is important to know what you are eating and look after your body! They reveal how much hidden sugar is in your dinner, find out what is good and bad about fat and discover what your poo can tell you about your general health! Two teams of Ouchers take on the challenge to design a new cereal box to show the part packaging plays in what you buy, and Dr Chris plays tricks on Dr Xand to see how much more activity he can fit into his day.
