Arriving on the shores of the Greek island of Naxos, our cast of eight single well known women begin to reveal their hopes and dreams for their month living together; Lizzie Cundy is desperate to find love again, Annabel Giles is seeking joy and adventure, and as an advocate for sex in your sixties, Aggie MacKenzie is excited about starting the next chapter of her life.

Determined to get stuck into island life, Melinda Messenger starts to fulfil her dream of living off the land and Lizzie is smitten by a Greek language teacher who asks her out on a date. After Ingrid Tarrant reveals the details of her marriage breakdown and in the hope of meeting the man of their dreams, some of the group follow in the footsteps of an ancient Greek tradition and meet a third generation matchmaker.

Nancy Dell'Olio declares that she will be his biggest challenge and Ninia Benjamin reveals her last long term relationship was 20 years ago. Their first week together culminates in a trip to the neighbouring island of Paros, a mecca for those seeking inner peace. The local guide takes a shine to Sian Lloyd and some of the group take part in a rather revealing dance meditation session.

As the women embark on their second week living together on the Greek island of Naxos, Nancy Dell'Olio is struggling to fit in with the rest of the group. However, that doesn't stop her heading off to Athens for a date arranged by the Greek matchmaker.

The search for love also continues with Annabel Giles, Ninia Benjamin and Sian Lloyd trying out speed-dating Greek style but Annabel must first face her fears about relationships, whilst Ingrid Tarrant braves her first date in 11 years with hilarious consequences.

Lizzie Cundy reveals that her life as a WAG has left her unfulfilled and she wants to find out if she has what it takes to pull off her dream of running a restaurant business. She enlists the help of the others to host a trial run but when Ninia is struck by a mysterious illness she has to rely on Nancy to pull off the night. Can she prove to herself she has what it takes to change her life?

The search for love continues as Lizzie Cundy is invited on a second date with neighbour Yannis, and Aggie signs up to a dating app to spread the net wider in her search for a potential partner. Determined to get fit, Ninia Benjamin finds inspiration in the form of a very hunky personal trainer, and Sian Lloyd takes time to reflect on the night her husband left - but can she find the courage to leave the past behind and allow love back into her life?

In the final episode, the women are determined to make the most of their remaining time on the island of Naxos. Annabel Giles braves her first date in years, Aggie MacKenzie faces her greatest fear and Melinda Messenger makes a life-changing decision about her future. As a farewell to the locals, the group bring a slice of Britain to the island by hosting a traditional afternoon tea, and entertain the crowd with their own attempt at a classic Greek dance.
