Record cattle prices and a bumper wet season have turned the outback into a gold mine for bull catchers and the outback's favourite husband and wife team, Liz and Willie Cook are expanding their empire.

Episode 2
On team Cook, new recruit Sherl hopes to restore faith with his bosses. Clarry's Indigenous clients dream of building a new life on their ancestral lands, using the proceeds from the muster.

Episode 3
After a big wet season, cattle prices are sky-high, so the ringers are doubling their bets, in the hope of making this the year. To expand their empire, the Cooks are doubling down on investment.

Episode 4
Liz and Willie's shiny new helicopter finally gets airborne, but stock agent Jacko delivers shocking news that brings a halt to the Cooks season.

Episode 5
Clarry eyes off his cattle quota, determined to make target for his Indigenous clients who dream of building a new life on their ancestral lands at Horse Island.

Episode 6
Gail force winds tear across the outback, causing pandemonium for bull-catchers. It's Liz Cook's first-time mustering as a helicopter pilot. But extreme weather causes a mid-flight emergency, and Willie must intervene.

Episode 7
As the wet season looms, feral bull catchers race to make bank. A booming year has Clarry eyeing off retirement, but as light fades on the season, this ringer can't resist one more roll of the dice.

The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
