Hotellets to farligste spillere skal på tur, hvor de skal tage et afgørende valg. Tilbage på hotellet tjekker en ny lækker gæst ind. Den nye pige splitter et par til stor frustration for dennes tidligere partner. Hun sviner den nyankomne gæst til og vil gøre alt for at få hende ud. De to farligste spillere kommer tilbage og skaber paranoia på hele hotellet, og det bliver ikke bedre, da et brev senere på aftenen sender alle på deres værelser. Med alle gæsterne bag lukkede døre går en morderisk stafet i gang i det skjulte.
