En dels forventningsfull, dels spent stemning ligger over Paradise Hotel. Gjestene snakker om krangling og klining på gårsdagens fest, men de er hva som skal skje i dag de egentlig lurer på. Omsider får guttene med den ulykkelige og den lykkelige skjebne beskjed om å utfordre hverandre til en uhøytidelig duell. Etter en livlig hanekamp blir det mer venting, og mer uro, helt til den ulykkelige får beskjed om å dra på en utflukt. Under Pandoras eske får deltakerne en uhyggelig beskjed.
