Episode 1
Meet the people Philly loves to hate. Jeff, whose favorite insult is being called "meter maid," squares off with an irate citizen over a broken meter. The booting team of Steve and Sherry encounter a woman who has an extreme emotional attachment to her car. And at the impound lot Maria has a 5-hour face-off with a man trying to get his Mercedes back.

Episode 2
Danielle, who has a reputation for attracting trouble while ticketing, gets into a shouting match during her "rush hour sting." At the impound lot, Rob has a run-in with an angry lady over the paperwork required to get her car back, and Booters Maureen and Jennifer stumble across an unexpected fan.

Episode 3
Booters Sherry and Steve deal with threats from an agitated man who wants the boot off now. Fatima looks for a new honey on her ticketing beat, but attracts more bees than boys. At the impound lot, Abdul faces a woman who needs her car so her soldier brother-in-law can be back to base in time for deployment to Iraq.

Episode 4
On his ticketing beat, Brian has a run-in with a double-parker, while trying to save a stranded hawk in downtown Philly. Veteran tow driver Clarence tests the limits of his compassion while trying to tow a car. In a race against time, Booters Steve and Sherry try to help a man get his tickets paid before the tow truck arrives.

Episode 5
At the lot, John scrambles to find the impounded car of a woman whose taxi meter is ticking. Meanwhile, Tiffany, nicknamed "swoop" for her killer ticketing instincts, shows off her techniques. And, "ladies' man" Martin is called to tow a car that crashed into a gas pump.

Episode 6
Paul, known as "Turtle" because he tickets at a slow and steady pace, calls in Supervisor Luz when he can't placate an unhappy citizen. Steve and Sherry have their hands full when a man claims his car got the boot for someone else's tickets. And its date night at the Lot when charming Rudy faces interrupted romance, and a woman trying to flirt her way out of a fine.

Episode 7
At the Impound Lot Yolanda struggles to placate a screaming couple. Booting team Frank and "Cheeks" have a dangerous face-off with a man determined to drive off with the boot on. And Lisa takes on smart-mouthed students while ticketing on the college beat.

Episode 8
Tow Supervisor Brad oversees the mayhem during Greek Week--and the chaos spills over to the Tow Lot, as Larry tries to manage the offenders, without getting disrespected. Meanwhile Roberta's sunny disposition gets put to the test ticketing on the mean streets of Philly.

Episode 9
Yolanda has her hands full trying to help the owner of a tricked-out pink truck through the red tape to get it released. Tow truck driver John faces a car owner who tries to lock him out, and Marylin makes both friends and enemies as she works her new ticketing beat.

Episode 11
At the lot, Yolanda tries to help a young man navigate seemingly insurmountable hurdles to get his car back. Booting team Garfield and Sherry experience divine intervention on the job. And 5'1" Carmen faces off with angry construction workers on his ticketing "patrol."

Episode 12
By-the-book ticket writer Danielle teaches Philly drivers tough lessons on the rules of parking. John and Rich scramble to find the missing keys to an impounded car as the owner loses her cool. And it's a lonely day for Garfield when partner Sherry calls in sick, but he finds as much action releasing boots as putting them on.

Episode 13
Ticket Writer Tiffany tries to find inner serenity amidst the insults of angry citizens. At the Lot, an angry mother tries to free her car after her son borrowed it without permission--and got it towed. Tension grows between Garfield and Sherry, as Garfield's tech problems get in the way of booting local barbershop hot spots.

Episode 14
At the Impound Lot, a rap star faces problems recovering his promotional truck after it was towed. Staunch Philly ticket writer Brian seeks solace from irate citizens in his own "green acre." And a good day's booting turns bad when Garfield gets awful news.

Episode 15
At the impound lot, even high comedy can't help two jokesters get their car back. Meanwhile, Marilyn can't find a good man on her ticketing beat, and Booters Elissa and Rob face serious mischief on the eve of Halloween.

Episode 16
Chicago tourists push Larry to the breaking point at the impound lot, while Ticket Supervisor Luz tries to toughen up her "nice-guy" rookie Jim, who'd rather be singing on American Idol. Meanwhile, Sherry and Garfield go for "quality boots" in busy downtown Philly--with emotional results.
