On hearing Rangeela is accountable for the mix up of the brides, Pushkar controls his cold rage and reprimands Asha. Rangeela flees, and Pushkar catches up. He supports Rangeela in taking Bela away from Asha and her family, but Rangeela is so petrified, he runs off again. Ashwin apologises for the poor welcome to someone pretending to be Pushkar. Pushkar vows to get the couple together by hook or by crook. Pushkar starts to make plans for Asha and Rangeela with Badri's help.
