Stella is willing to make a formal confession of perjury. Fowler is convinced he still can win the case. Rodney can't believe he could be free soon. Michael bails Stella out of jail. Elliot thinks Fowler knew all along Stella was lying and tries to force him to resign. Steven suggests Peyton not to torture Stella, because her regret is enormous and confronts Betty with her caring too much about Rodney. Connie tries to convince Elliot not to destroy Fowler, but he is too stubborn to listen. Stella leaves Peyton Place for good.
