Strapped for cash, Cali takes a job with a vengeful Marcos who is planning an act of revenge against Malena and her agency. While planning a VIP art event, Malena and her team have their hotel suite taken by Marcos. But Marcos' plan goes much further than the hotel suite and ultimately pushes Cali to make a choice after he causes an "explosive" display at Malena's event.

Cali has to take Clara to the hospital when her water breaks, and she tries again to rebuild her friendship with Malena without success, who is also there to help her sister give birth. Andy invites her for a night out as a going away, while purposely not mentioning his health situation. Later, Cali comes to the rescue after Malena and Andy's night out ends with sex in a bathroom bar and Clara opens her home to her sister and Cali.
