El David, convençut per les paraules de Francesc Mauri, es preocupa pel canvi climàtic i per l'efecte hivernacle, així decideix tornar-se ecologista. En primer lloc, prohibeix utilitzar desodorants, després omple la cuina de contenidors per reciclar tot tipus de material, i finalment, es dona de baixa d'electricitat, aigua i gas. El Lopes no vol sentir a parlar més d'ecologisme i li posa un ultimàtum al David perquè tot torni a la normalitat. Aquest fa cas omís a les ordres del Lopes i es radicalitza totalment. Així que tapia el pis per muntar-hi un hort i portar una vida que no generi cap residus. Mentre el Lopes l'intenta fer fora, el David es torna boig del tot i acaba creant una tribu juntament amb l'Emma.
