El David ha aconseguit que l'agafin per participar en un càsting per fer una pel·lícula a Madrid, i com que no vol desaprofitar l'oportunitat, se n'hi va l'endemà mateix. Al Lopes se li apareix la seva consciència nacional i li diu que ha d'anar a Madrid a convèncer al David perquè torni a Catalunya. El Lopes fa cas del missatge i se'n va a Madrid amb el Pol, ja que a ell li agrada molt la ciutat. Allà es troben el David que els presenta el director de la pel·lícula i després, el Pol l'avisa que ha notat que és homosexual. Més tard, el Pol aprofita per fer un vol per la ciutat i intentar lligar amb algun home, ja que diu que a Madrid hi ha molts més gais. Mentrestant, el Lopes es passa tota la nit al bar parlant amb un home que coneix allà, i després de la borratxera, sent que s'ha enamorat de la vida madrilenya i s'hi vol quedar a viure.
