An investigation into a disturbing number of young people dying by suicide across the UK, US, Canada, Germany and Australia, which was sparked by the death of a young man, Tom Parfett, who died by ingesting a lethal poison he had bought online. It led James to partner with bereaved parents across the globe to uncover the identity of an online poison seller, who has since been arrested and accused of sending over 1,000 packages of poison to young people.

The second part of this documentary detailing journalist James Beal's investigation into a disturbing number of young people dying by suicide across the UK, US, Canada, Germany and Australia. Going undercover, James discovers a dark world of online suicide forums and a website which appears to be shipping a lethal poison around the world. James makes contact with bereaved parents across the globe as he searches for the identity of an online poison seller. The seller has since been arrested and accused of sending over 1,200 poison packages to young people and is linked to 97 deaths in the UK.
